Another Project, Another Happy Client: Turning a Half-Finished Gate into a Reliable Solution
Every site has its own challenges, and sometimes we’re called in when things haven’t gone to plan.
Recently, we assisted a client in Menangle NSW (2568) who had been left with a partially installed automatic gate and ongoing operational issues from a previous provider. The gate was unreliable, and key features the client wanted were not working as expected.
Understanding the Problem
Our first step was to listen carefully and understand:
What had already been installed
What wasn’t working
How the client wanted the gate to operate day to day
In this case, the client had specific requirements around Wi-Fi connectivity and mobile app control, which meant the solution needed to be both technically sound and user-friendly.

Rectified installation issues to bring the system up to a reliable standard
Configured the gate to operate smoothly and consistently
Ensured the Wi-Fi–based control and smartphone app were working as intended
Rather than replacing everything unnecessarily, we focused on practical, cost-effective fixes that delivered the outcome the client was after.
The Result
The gate is now operating reliably and as intended, with easy access via mobile app control. Most importantly, the client now has confidence in their system and knows support is available if needed.
We were especially pleased to receive positive feedback highlighting not only the technical outcome, but also the experience with our admin team and on-site technicians. Clear communication and follow-through are just as important to us as the hardware itself.
